Grated Parmesan with Spices
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
I created this recipe from ingredients I saw in several different grilled romaine recipes when we first used in on grilled romaine lettuce. It is WONDERFUL and we use if on all kinds of things. Brush olive oil on potato wedges then shake on the cheese then grill, put it on lettuce salads, grilled or boiled corn on the cob, mix with olive oil on a saucer and dip bread in it, etc.
Mix together well in a bowl and put in a shaker then use it! All ingredients can be adjusted to your own personal taste and you can add your own ingredients!
